This is a test Post #1

OK........I hope this works!  I've uploaded some shots of my operating conditions at home here in Melbourne.  Because the image file sizes need to be so small for it to work on this site, I'm unsure of how clearly these shots are going to come out.  But we'll give it a go!

First off, we have a shot of me at the controls:

Next is a shot without the ugly idiot in view.........

Now some closeups of the gear.  Here is a shot of one of my two main receivers.  Actually, this one is an amateur transceiver - the Kenwood TS2000.  I bought this 2nd hand last year, and it works well.  I have only had about a 25 ham contacts on it.  Most of my time these days is spent monitoring rather than talking.  This rig has many facilities on it, and I will review its capabilities for you very soon.

The other rig is the Yaesu FRG100.  This is used both in the shack and on DXpeditions.  It's quite a common receiver amongst DXers.

This post contains a photo uploaded into ZG Photo site:

This next one is the same shot but the file is 40kb instead of 25 kb in the photo above. Also the size is different  with a 500pix size instead of 400
